Over 15 years, Sam developed this initiative from a prototype hosted in his home, into a funded corporate program with worldwide adoption in the hardware and reseller infrastructure communities. This achievement earned him the coveted Michael Dell Chairman Award and changed Sales Engineering industry wide.

Executive Sponsor of Dell’s RVTools Acquisition:
Recognizing the value and market timing, Sam facilitated the addition of RVTools—a beloved utility in the VMware community—into the Dell portfolio just prior to Broadcom's acquisition of VMware.

NA Sales Integration Lead for Dell Compellent:
Following Dell's acquisition of Compellent for nearly $1 billion, Sam was appointed to lead the North America Sales Integration.
